Position: Executive Sous Chef
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 + quarterly and annual bonus potential
Schedule: Full-time. Predictable service hours with early nightly close

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Sous Chef to join a unique, full-service restaurant concept within a design-forward, lifestyle-driven environment. This role supports the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations, developing and mentoring culinary teams, and ensuring consistent execution of food quality, safety, and service standards.

What you bring to the table:
- Strong ability to lead and supervise kitchen operations during service, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and communication
- Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of kitchen staff
- Hands-on execution of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and portion control
- Proven ability to manage food inventory, conduct accurate inventories, and support cost controls
- Experience assisting with labor management and scheduling to align with budget expectations
- Ability to foster strong collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Comfort handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
- Commitment to maintaining food safety, sanitation, and equipment standards

Required Work Experience:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior kitchen leader in a full-service restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and line execution
- Experience supervising and training kitchen teams
